Finding and defining your mission in life is one of the most important things you will ever do. It will empower you to bring “balance” to your life and accomplish your goals. People with clearly defined missions have always led those who do not have one. In life, a clear mission gives us purpose and energy and keeps us connected to people we lead and are responsible for. Many people think that their job is their mission. While your job should ideally be a part of your mission, a mission is always larger than a job. Jobs can change and for the average person, it could change a few times, but a mission statement is a life focus.

Drummond & Lindah are founders and directors of Family Transformation International.

They have a passion to restore and equip people with practical life changing principles based on a biblical foundation.

Through their rich experience of pastoring, counselling and teaching, they have developed various seminars and books that have been distributed internationally into every sector of society, impacting and transforming thousands of lives, marriages and families..

They have been married for 51 years, have 3 children and 10 grandchildren.
